To request a refund, you must have an active transaction and provide your Transaction Reference Number (TRN). All purchases are covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Return Policy, allowing refunds within 7 days of receiving the item. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup from your address and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
